As we expand our Brand Partnerships team in North America, we are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Brand Partnerships who will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining senior-level relationships across a diverse range of cultural partnership categories, including fashion, beauty, finance, alcohol, travel, and more.
YOUR MISSION:
Drive growth in new and returning business with our client and media agency partners across lifestyle categories including but not limited to: fashion, beauty, finance, alcohol, travel, and more.
Build and nurture senior-level client relationships through strategic in-person and virtual engagements in support of your own list of business and that of your NY-based team.
Collaborate with our strategy, creative, marketing, and media teams to pitch, negotiate, and close diverse opportunities, leveraging our media, branded content, experiential, strategy, creative, and cultural consulting services.
Own and manage a personal business portfolio while leading a team of 5-7 skilled professionals, instilling a culture of performance and collaboration.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive pipeline that accurately reflects monthly, quarterly, and annual projections and communicate progress to executive leadership on a bi-weekly basis.
Engage with prospects through various channels, building credibility and fostering strong relationships to generate new revenue streams for the business within your market.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends to inform growth strategies and business development efforts for you and your team.
Facilitate creative brainstorming sessions to identify untapped outreach strategies and enhance client marketing materials and thought leadership.
Conduct in-depth research on new business leads and prospects, integrating insights into tailored approaches for engagement.
Schedule and lead internal and external meetings, ensuring internal alignment and timeliness on agendas and follow-ups.
Understand how to formulate and review compelling business development proposals and marketing materials that resonate with potential clients.
YOUR SKILLS:
10+ years of extensive advertising & marketing sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue development goals.
Exceptional networking abilities to engage with senior stakeholders and ensure effective client relationships.
Strong leadership capabilities as both a player and coach, fostering team success while driving personal business initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, written, and verbal communication skills.
Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, from insights and strategy through to creative production and execution.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally, synthesizing information while engaging with stakeholders and clients.
Highly organized, methodical, and energetic, with a passion for winning and an interest in social and cultural trends as well as emerging digital technologies.
Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to contributing to the development of team members.

The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible for variable pay.
